- You define a template the user can download to know the format required for the upload.
- Uploads can be automatically created for you by simply pasting Excel data.
audits
- Tired of spending all the time cleaning up data, only to have bad information loaded again? Write an Audit to detect this and notify the user. In this notification, you can tell them how to fix the problem!
- Custom SQL code allows creating an audit for any purpose.
- Email to one or more individuals when the audit is triggered.
- Audits are tracked daily, to see trends of audit violations.
- Visibility of audits is assigned to specific individuals or groups.
- In addition to an email, audit violations trigger an alert icon on the main Information Portal screen.
table edits
- Create a Table Edit to allow users to have controlled access to update data directly into a table.
- Limit the columns that can be edited.
- Turn on or off the ability to Delete, Update, or Insert.

data matches
- Presents the user with two lists of data and allows the matching of single or multiple elements at a time.
- You define the list on the left with custom SQL.

- You define what happens when the Match button is pressed.
- Custom drop downs allow the limiting of data sets.
- Full ability to "Un-match" if a mistake is made. All with custom SQL.
data inclusions
- Presents the user with two lists of data, with arrows to move data between the two lists. This allows the creation of "Items that exist in this list" data objects.
- You define the list on the left with custom SQL.
- You define the list on the right with custom SQL.
- You define what happens when the "Move to the Left" button is pressed.
- You define what happens when the "Move to the Right" button is pressed.
- The ability to Ignore certain items is built in.
data selectors
- Presents the user with a list of data in a grid. They can select one or more of these items and press a custom button. These buttons execute custom SQL statements to perform any action on the data selected.

active directory update
- Tired of users in active directory having the wrong job titles, company name, work location, etc? This feature allows a simple upload of this information.
